The company has since been developing the Electrical Impedance Mammography (EI Mammograph 5.6) known as MEIK 5.6 targeting Breast Cancer and been manufacturing this technology ever since. The MEIK 5.6 has since obtained ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CE certification and CFDA. Prior to 2014, SIM’s main focus was selling MEIK as a standalone technology to different distributors around the world and has since sold devices to the over 20 countries.
